Exchange Policy:

5. If a customer wishes to replace a product due to change of mind upon receipt, they will be responsible for the shipping costs. Additionally, the customer will bear the costs of returning the item to our warehouse. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item without any issues, the replacement product will be dispatched. If there is a price difference between the products, the customer will either receive a refund for overpayment or be required to pay the difference for underpayment

A： First Determine the application environment(indoor dry, indoor damp, and outdoor), Not all power supplies can be used in every application. Second, calculate the total wattage of the tape light that will be used, to calculate wattage, multiply the total number of feet by the W/ft.
