Return
Returned product must be in its original package and in new/unused condition to qualify for any refund. If the product has been installed already, it can not be returned. Customized items are not eligible for return as well. We can not accept returns after 30 days. Returned product needs to be shipped back to our addresses in United State. if the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may consider applying for a return after receiving the goods. If a product that is completed and ready to ship needs to be canceled, you will need to pay a 30% cancellation fee
However, the product, excluding the light bulbs, are covered by our two-years manufacturer warranty.
Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, if there is any manufacturer defect, you may return for a 100% refund. (NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.) If there is no manufacturer defect and you simply changed your mind or want a different size, you still can return it. You will be responsible for both shipping cost. you are responsible for the shipping costs from our factory to your address and ensure that the product is sealed in the original packaging and in resalable condition. when we receive the goods, we will subtract the cost of shipping from the refund amount, you will also need to return the goods to our warehouse at your own expense.
NOTE: Please provide the tracking number after the return, this is as a proof of warehousing, if not, our warehouse will refuse to accept the goods, resulting in losses we will not be responsible for!

We are unable to accept returns on custom modifications, such as special item (any item or style not listed on our website) or special dimension.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Merlinlamps.com unless items are defective. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and received by Merlinlamps.com in new condition with the original packaging, including outer boxes when applicable.
If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, traceable shipping method to return items.
Refunds
For returned items, after we received them, it takes 5 - 10 business days for us to inspect for damage and restock. We will issue the refund accordingly after the inspecting process. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to be finalized depends on the bank and credit card company that you use.
Cancellation Policy
For the products, you can cancel your order for free within 24 hours after placing it. If you cancel after 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee and material costs will apply. If the product is already in production, or If the order is ready for shipment and you wish to cancel,you will need to pay for all material costs; please contact the customer service for specific amounts.
If you force a cancellation after shipping, a 50% fee will be charged. You can initiate the return process after receiving the fixtures.
Additionally, please note that all large fixtures in the store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
