By express, it takes about 9~12 days

By sea to door, it takes about 4~6 weeks

Total delivery time = order processing time + shipping time

4. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the USA.

5. Delivery Methods
All orders are shipped via our preferred carrier partners, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, the United States Postal Service,  sea shipping and various freight companies. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped.

6.Order Tracking
In general, you will receive two emails about the status of your order. The first email, is a confirmation email after you have placed your order. The second email, is a shipping notification after your order has been shipped out. The second email will contain tracking information and some instructions on how to track your package.

7.About Tax
Our products are tax included (customers do not need to pay tax) and shipping is free of charge

8.Cancellation Policy

For the products, you can cancel your order for free within 24 hours after placing it. If you cancel after 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee and material costs will apply. If the product is already in production, or If the order is ready for shipment and you wish to cancel,you will need to pay for all material costs; please contact the customer service for specific amounts.

If you force a cancellation after shipping, a 50% fee will be charged. You can initiate the return process after receiving the fixtures.

Additionally, please note that all large fixtures in the store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Note:

1.All delivery time refer to working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2.Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled by contacting us, orders in transit cannot be canceled. However, you can take advantage of our return policy and you can return the item when you receive it.
