Merlinlamps finishes may change over time, and natural wood may display small splits, knots, joint lines, or other unique characteristics that add character to your piece without affecting its quality or performance.
Furniture made from natural wood may shift slightly as temperature and humidity cause expansion and contraction. This is a natural process and should be expected from season to season.
To maintain the beauty of lacquered wood surfaces, occasionally dust with a soft, dry cloth and use a non-wax furniture polish. For best results, always follow the instructions for all cleaning products and avoid over-application.
To prevent moisture damage, such as water rings, wipe up spills immediately with a soft, dry, undyed cloth.
Do not use abrasives, harsh chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as they can damage finishes and surfaces.
Avoid placing indoor furnishings in direct sunlight or near heat and moisture sources, as this may cause cracking or changes in finishes.
When moving wood furniture, always lift rather than drag to prevent loosening joinery or causing damage.
Ensure your furniture is placed on a level surface to maintain its structural integrity, as uneven placement can lead to warping over time.

Q:After I receive the lamp, can I return it if I don’t like it?

A:We support refund after you receive the product, but you need to ship it to our designated shipping address at your own expense, and we will start refunding after we receive the product
