merlinlamps introduces an heirloom-inspired round extension dining table designed for effortless entertaining and daily dining comfort. Anchored by a classic transitional pedestal base, this piece is constructed with a durable engineered hardwood core surfaced with authentic real oak veneer. Skilled artisan partners apply a multi-step, hand-distressed and sanded finish layered with deep stain, a rich glaze, and a protective lacquer top coat that shields the wood surface. Because natural variations in grain and color emerge during this hand-applied finishing process, every single table showcases its own bespoke character. Engineered with a smooth rack-and-pinion extension mechanism, the tabletop glides open with precision to accommodate the two included leaves whenever extra seating is needed.
